How do I return an item?

Returns and Exchanges

We accept returns or exchanges where the intent to return the item is expressed no longer than 5 working days from receipt of order to jessie@bayleif.com.au. We will send a return email with a Reference Number and Return Form for you to send the items back to us. Unless the product is faulty - this return shipment cost will be at your expense. 

If you would simply like to exchange an item please email jessie@bayleif.com.au. We will email back with a Exchange Form for you to fill out and send back to us - along with the item itself. The postage to return the item to Bayleif Head Office is at your expense - however - Bayleif will not charge any subsequent postage fees to send out your exchanged item(s). 

Please allow at least 1-2 weeks for am exchange or refund to be processed in it's entirety. 

Full refunds are only available on Full Price items. Where a sale item has been purchased, customers are welcome to exchange but not refund this item. Refunds and exchanges are not accepted on swimwear and jewelry due to health regulations.

In the event of a faulty item, it will need to be determined a manufacturers fault after receiving the item at Head Office, and not attributable to wear and tear, before we will refund the postage amount incurred as well as the full cost of the product. 

Returns will only be accepted if the item is in perfect condition, fit for resale, and sent along with original email invoice. Any returns must be sent in new and unused condition – with all packaging, boxes and tags attached.
